Good Morning Hone Class!
I hope this email finds you all safe and well.
It's a brand new week, which means another week of exciting home learning. Some of the activities this week are based on the popular traditional tale of Little Red Riding Hood. I'm sure you've all heard and/or read the story and know the events that happen throughout the story. Do you think you can design a brand new cape for Little Red, that will help her hide from the wolf? If you like fruits and vegetables, you'll enjoy creating a healthy basket for grandma. If I had to create a basket for grandma, I would have green apples, bananas, satsumas, carrots and some juicy beetroot. What will you have in yours?
I have thoroughly enjoyed seeing photos of the amazing activities you have been doing at home. Please keep sending them!
For parents and carers:
• As next week is half term (week beginning Monday 25th), there will be no planning emailed to parents. if you're stuck for activities to do, there are lots of resources on our school website for you to access. I would also suggest doing lots of 'life skills' with your children, for example, baking cakes, doing some chores, arts and crafts and just having lots of fun!
• Should you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to contact me by email. I will do my best to respond as quickly as I can.
The weather is going to be lovely and warm this week, so make sure you enjoy the sunshine as much as possible!
I'm pretty sure lots of you have grown, lost a tooth or have learnt a new skill. I just want you all to know that I miss you all so very much and I hope that we'll see each soon.
