The Headteacher and SENDCo ensure that resources are allocated to interventions and support for those in need of them through the use of provision and intervention management practices. Class teachers and Year Group Managers are also involved in these processes
Termly pupil progress meetings and intervention team meetings are held where the cost effectiveness of interventions and support can be examined
Resources may include involving outside agencies and the deployment of staff depending on the needs of each child.
