Safer Internet Day
Our assembly has focused on how the internet is for everybody to use and is a place where everyone should feel safe and welcomed.
The children at Parkside use the Internet on a regular basis as part of their learning.
In school, we take care to ensure that the activities and places that they have access to are appropriate and safe.
At home, sometimes children can be given unsupervised access to the Internet. This, potentially, allows them to access all kinds of society (both good and bad) and bring them virtually into their homes.
