Ilori

Yinka Ilori is an artist and designer. His work is underpinned by the belief that art and design should be accessible to all. He invites audiences to engage and participate in his work and its surroundings. Ms Pearce picked Yinka Ilori after being attracted to the colourful Marks and Spencers carrier bags and then discovering more of Yinka Ilori’s designs. He has worked on furniture and even basketball courts. Yinkas previously worked in M&S and followed his ambition to become a world famous designer. Ms Pearce thinks Yinka Ilori is someone who the children could aspire to be like, and that they would also love creating their own designs too.

PE

Physical Education takes place twice a week. It is very important that PE kits are kept in school at all times. Please mark each item clearly - that includes plimsolls as it can quite difficult for your child to find them when they are all changing at once.

More information about what your child is learning in school can be found on the curriculum map
